Mission: The Mission of the Boys & Girls Club is to guide and support area youth toward the discovery and fulfillment of their individual potential. With special concern for Youth at Risk, the Boys & Girls Club provides a “home away from home” and develops values that turn young people into productive citizens and leaders.

Programs:

Educational Computer center after school study and tutor time.
Story time reading groups with mentors
Internet computer access hours.
Girl talk (Mentors) hours.
Guy talk (Mentors) hours.
Community volunteer speakers - Business, Culture, Racial.
Arts & Crafts.
Music.
Recreational Tae Kwan Do instruction, Gymnastics/Tumbling, Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, Soccer, Flag Football, Floor Hockey, Ice Skating, Table Tennis, Pool, Fooseball, Swimming trips, Board games, Chess, Computer games, Special event activities such as trips to Valley Fair, Taylor Falls, etc.

Leadership Activities: Volunteer Programs, Youth Board member participation, Mentoring.

Service Area: Superior/Douglas County. Open door Policy – No Youth is ever turned away.

Age Group Served: K-12th grade. Also, adults are encouraged to participate as volunteers & mentors.

Membership - Sliding scale.

Free snacks served five days per week

Free Van transportation

Hours Agency is open: M-F 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (Teen Center)
