Mission: To improve access, particularly financial access, to primary health care. Target population is persons who are low income and uninsured or underinsured.

Programs:
Primary health care including physicals, diagnosis and treatment for acute illnesses (e.g. strep); screening and follow-up for chronic illnesses (e.g. high blood pressure); reproductive health services (e.g. family planning); prenatal education and support; AIDS testing and counseling; therapy/support for people affected by AIDS, Mental Health Counseling, and Smoking Cessation services.

Dental Services:
Office exams, cleaning and fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings, routine extractions and permanent crowns, root canals, crowns and partials/dentures.

Service area: no restrictions, clients primarily from Duluth-Superior

Age Group Served: no age restrictions; clients from infancy to senior citizen

Charge for services: Sliding fee scale, health and dental insurance, financial assistance programs.
