Strategies for Success

• Support successful prevention and intervention programs for targeted audiences involved withat rsk youth

• Encourage community collaborations of providers and community leaders to work together to ensure resources are available to young people

• Connect at-risk youth with mentors or other role models who can help them achieve their potential

• Create or expand coordinated school and community opportunities which attract and expand participation of youth with at-risk factors

Goals for our Community

• More youth remain actively engaged in their education

• More youth choose positive alternatives in recreation

• Youth with at-risk factors achieve educational goals and have the help they need to become positive contributing members of their community
